Job Description:
Collins Property Recruitment is seeking a dynamic and motivated Senior Sales Negotiator/Assistant Sales Manager to join one of our independent Estate Agency brands in South Kensington. The Agency has built a strong reputation and market share in the local area. The ideal candidate for this position will have a previous track record as a Senior Sales Negotiator working in Central London.
Responsibilities as a Senior Sales Negotiator/Assistant Sales Manager:
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
*Handle negotiations between buyers and sellers.
*Manage team members to achieve sales targets.
*Conduct property valuations.
*Maintain and build market share in the area.
Requirements as a Senior Sales Negotiator/Assistant Sales Manager:
*Minimum proven track record of at least 3 years as a working in Estate Agency in Central London.
*Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
*Self-motivated and driven to hit monthly targets.
*Attention to detail and good organisational skills.
*Conduct market appraisals and instruct properties onto the market.
Benefits as a Senior Sales Negotiator/Assistant Sales Manager:
*Basic salary up to £30,000 and an OTE £70,000+ in year 1.
*Scaling commission structure
*Work 1 in 4 Saturdays.
