Our client, a multinational insurer, is looking to hire an experienced individual with senior leadership qualities to join as a Head of Capital Management. This role will require strong stakeholder management skills as you will be actively engaging with various departments across the business.

In this role you will manage and develop a team of actuaries.

You will be responsible for the capital management for the UK entity, deliver and validate regulatory submissions to PRA, run the effectiveness of Capital Committees, and participate at exec committees.

They want to speak to Qualified Actuaries who have a significant capital modelling background. Regulatory experience is also advantageous and you must be able to adapt and be strong at building working relationships.
