Job Description:
We are seeking an Apprenticeship Administrator to join our client on a temporary basis. This role involves managing apprenticeship-related paperwork and processes in accordance with College procedures and funding rules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of work-based learning administration and be proficient in managing data within College Management Information Systems.
Day-to-day of the role: *Process all apprenticeship paperwork following established College procedures.
*Maintain a thorough understanding of apprenticeship funding rules and College processes.
*Administer all processes associated with work-based learning and apprenticeships.
*Provide advice regarding Apprenticeship Administration.
*Update and maintain electronic College Management Information Systems, ensuring compliance with data regulations and contractual obligations.
*Handle apprenticeship data tasks such as enrolments, withdrawals, transfers, achievements, and breaks in learning.
*Assist with the interrogation of electronic management information systems to resolve queries effectively and in a timely manner.
*Process requests
*Check Employer Incentive Payment
*Contribute to and respond to apprenticeship data requests and queries.
*Manage communications through the team mailbox and respond to queries promptly.
*Answer and address incoming phone calls professionally.
*Liaise with internal and external customers through various communication channels to maintain operational effectiveness.
*Greet and assist visitors, determining their needs and directing them appropriately.
Required Skills & Qualifications: *Strong administrative skills with experience in an educational or training setting preferred.
*Familiarity with apprenticeship funding rules and college processes.
*Proficiency in using College Management Information Systems and handling sensitive data.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
*Professional demeanor in handling phone calls and greeting visitors.
