*Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons, ensuring a productive learning environment.
*Provide individual and group support to students, helping them with their academic tasks and personal development.
*Help prepare and organise teaching materials and classroom resources.
*Assist in managing student behaviour, fostering a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere.
*Support the assessment and tracking of student progress, providing feedback and assisting with reports.
A perfect candidate will possess:
*Have Right to work in the UK
*Have an Enhanced DBS on the update service
*Provide 2 proven professional references
*Previous experience working with young people, ideally in a secondary school setting,
*Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with students.
*A patient and encouraging approach, committed to helping students succeed.
*Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff to support the school’s goals.
*Flexible and responsive to the diverse needs of students.
