Role Overview:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to create an enriching and supportive learning environment. Your main responsibilities include assisting students in their academic pursuits, promoting emotional well-being, and helping develop their social skills. You will play a key role in implementing personalized learning plans tailored to the unique needs of each child, ensuring they feel valued and included in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
*Ideally, experience working with children in an educational setting.

*A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare, Education, or a related field is advantageous.
*Genuine enthusiasm for supporting children’s learning.
