Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Individual Needs Assistant (INA) to join a welcoming primary school in the heart of a vibrant, historical town. This is a rewarding role designed to support the needs of individual pupils with tailored educational plans, helping them navigate their school day and make the most of their learning experience.

As an Individual Needs Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting a specific child or small group, helping them to engage with the curriculum and develop confidence in their learning journey. Patience, creativity, and a passion for education are key, along with the ability to work well as part of a close-knit team.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide one-on-one support for a pupil with additional needs
*Implement individual education plans (IEPs) under the guidance of the class teacher and SENCO
*Help the pupil access learning materials and develop social and communication skills
*Offer encouragement and positive reinforcement to foster independent learning
