Intercultural Programme Specialist *Salary Range: £24,500 per annum

Join our team as an Intercultural Programme Specialist and play a pivotal role in coordinating and delivering top-notch intercultural services. This position is ideal for someone passionate about cultural education and customer service, aiming to enhance the intercultural understanding and effectiveness of our clients.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities: *Serve as the primary point of coordination for all aspects of intercultural service delivery, including client authorizations, participant intake, program customization, scheduling, and logistics.
*Influence customers and their families about the benefits of intercultural training and secure our position as the provider of choice through exceptional service.
*Match clients with the most suitable Intercultural Coach based on specific needs and ensure a high utilization rate of services.
*Maintain rigorous data integrity across multiple systems including ATLAS and the Digital Learning System.
*Understand and communicate client-specific policies, both internally and externally, ensuring compliance and tailored customer advice.
*Generate and maintain essential records and reports for management, aiding strategic decision-making.
*Lead and contribute to special projects, such as new hire training and development of account-specific strategies to meet revenue and profit goals.
*Identify and leverage opportunities for cross-selling to enhance revenue potential and participate actively in client meetings.
