Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: London
Salary: £32k basic salary (+ uncapped commission taking your salary higher)

A global marketing campaigns launch agency, our client has delivered international campaigns for some of the most recognisable brands that exist today. Klarna, Meta and fitbit are just a few of the many that have depended on the company to scale awareness and relevancy quickly, in local markets and beyond.
More than 30 years in, they show no signs of slowing down - quit the contrary. Their continued growth demands the addition of a Graduate Business Development Executive! Reporting to the Global Sales Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for widening their client portfolio.
Business Development Executive Responsibilities:
*Generate and qualify new leads - undertake research and engage in outreach, utilising the company’s tech stack and platforms to do so - e.g. hubspot, LinkedIn
*Create relationships with prospects - understanding their needs, attending events to network, and following up marketing efforts to develop leads
*Collaborate closely with senior members of the sales team to finalise proposals, presentations and deliver on outreach campaigns
*Deploy your growth mindset in everything that you do - considering and experimenting with AI - how it may support lead generation, collating and providing insights and prospect feedback to inform positioning and strategy
*Onboard new clients smoothly - participating in onboarding meetings, ensuring client services are aligned on expectations and deliverables
Business Development Executive Package:
*£32k basic salary
*Uncapped OTE, taking your package even higher
*Extensive internal training, in addition to a number of certifications with Pareto

*Excellent offices located in central west London, and a hybrid model - 3 days in, 2 out

Business Development Executive Requirements:
*Educated to degree level - ideally in a business, marketing, creative, communications or related field
*Analytical mindset, able to conduct market research and analyse sales data readily
*Excellent communication skills and a client first approach
*Beneficial - proficiency with CRM software (hubspot ideally)
*As comfortable working autonomously as you are in a team
