Page Personnel are working in partnership with a leading organisation to recruit for a permanent Sales Account Executive . The role primarily focuses on maintaining client relationships, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Description
*Establish and nurture relationships with new clients while maintaining strong connections with existing ones.
*Drive business growth through inbound and outbound calls as well as email enquiries.
*Oversee the entire sales process, from initial contact to completion.
*Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions within CRM software.
*Follow up on all online-generated sales leads promptly.
*Address customer queries and resolve complaints effectively.
*Understand customer needs to encourage repeat business.
*Prepare and manage quotations and order confirmations using CRM tools.
Profile
A successful Sales Account Executive should have:
*Proven sales experience
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
*Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
*Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales performance metrics.
*A strong team player who can also work independently when required.
