Job Description:
As a Temporary Customer Advisor you will support customers via inbound calls and ensure they receive a high level of service.

Our client is a leader in the not-for-profit space and they are looking for a Temporary Customer Advisor to join their Stockport office on an on-going temporary basis. There is a high chance this could go perm for the right candidate!
Description
As a Temporary Customer Advisor you will:
*Effectively respond to all customer enquiries, promoting the benefits of the Service.
*Always provide excellent customer services, recording data accurately and in a timely manner.
*Deliver Services in accordance with all relevant Policies and Procedures,KPi’s and meet the TSA Quality Standards Framework
*Liaise effectively with internal departments, partner organisations and ASC.
*Correctly programme and install equipment to ensure customers receive the service they need in a timely manner.
*Ensure compliance with the requirements of relevant contracts and Service Level Agreements and KPIs are achieved.
Profile
To be successful in this role:
*Experience within a customer service based role, particularly telephony based experience.
*Have access to a vehicle for work and hold a full driving licence.
*Strong phone handling skills and active listening abilities.
*Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
*Excellent communication and presentation skills.
*The ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
