Job Description:
Early Years Assistant needed ASAP in a nursery in Gloucester
A nursery that we represent in Gloucester need a compassionate, patient and empathetic individualwith a passion for making a difference in the lives of children.
KeyResponsibilities:
*Provide support with manual handling, care, changing and feeding.
*Assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
*Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
*Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and parents to support each child’s development.
*Engage in physically active tasks to support students’ needs.
Requirements:
*Proven experience working with children
*A proactive and resilient attitude.
*The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
