Description
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
*Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
*Oversee accounting practices and maintenance of fiscal records
*Lead the development of long-term strategic financial plans
*Manage the preparation of all financial reports
*Oversee audit and tax functions
*Coordinate financial planning and strategy development
*Supervise accounting staff and provide training and development
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
*A degree in finance, business, or a related field
*Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, etc.)
*Proven experience in financial management and accounting
*Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
*Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and leadership skills
*Strong understanding of tax laws and statutory regulations
*Managing of AR/AP function
*Having technical understanding and knowledge within Excel
*Proven experience of managing a team
