Rotherham 
Temp to perm/ Hybrid 

The client 

Working for a global business, you will provide administrative support to their existing customer base.
This is a great role for an experienced Administrator to join them initially on a temporary basis but likely to convert to permanent for the right candidate.

The role 

*Processing spare part orders for existing customer 
*Raising quotes for both new and existing customers
*Providing administrative support for other departments 
*Organising parts for different jobs 
*Process and track customer orders to ensure on time delivery
*Ensuring all goods in and out are updated on the system 
*Liaising with national and international suppliers  
*General administration 
*Handling inbound calls and emails

The candidate  

*Previous experience in an administration/ customer service role 
*Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 
*Ability to work under pressure 
*Ability to multitask
*Great attention to detail 
*Happy to work independently but also within a team
*Available to start ASAP
