Job Description:
Would you like to work for a charity that specialises in supporting adults with life-limiting illnesses? Are you a creative individual that can deliver a calendar of exciting fundraising events? Do you want to be a part of the next phase of the charities journey?

Hooray are delighted to be supporting a long standing client to assist in the recruitment for an Event Planner to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

As an Events Assistant, you will:
*Support the management, planning, organising and delivering a calendar of fundraising events
*Undertake risk assessments on events for both health & safety and cost efficiency
*Develop opportunities for other income lines within events
*Ensure all income is received and acknowledged in accordance with agreed policies and procedures
*Work closely with the marketing team to deliver a clear and timely brief to produce engaging collateral and encourage participation
To be successful as an Event Planner you will:
*Have experience and a track record of delivering mass participation events
*Have a knowledge of fundraising regulations
*Be able to write clear and effective briefs
*Understand the importance of budget setting and monitoring
*Be a creative thinker with a proven ability to produce engaging events
In return, my client is offering an annual salary of £32,300 per annum.
