&C Search are currently recruiting a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Payroll Manager to join a new division of an Accountancy Firm!

The Job:
Job Title: Payroll Specialist/Manager
Role length: Permanent
Hybrid: London (2-3 day in the office ideally, but open for discussion)
Salary: £32,000 - £40,000 (some wiggle room D.oE)

What would I be doing day to day?
Organisation recently offering Payroll services to clients. Joining a team of 2 payroll professionals, responsibility of running varied payrolls of growing client book.
Main responsibilities include:
*Managing complex payroll for book of clients
*Accurately process statutory payments
*Fostering positive working relationships with stakeholders
*Authorising BACS, summary reports and analyses
*Bright Pay
*Submitting accurate/timely tax filings
*Overseeing accurate P60’s and P11d’s
*Partnering with IT on system upgrades
What is the company looking for?
*2+ years payroll experience is essential
*Stakeholder Management skills
*Experience going through a payroll implementation is preferred
*Advanced Excel proficiency. Essential
*CIS Scheme
*Complex manual calculations. Essential
*CIPP Foundation Degree minimum.
*Ability to work to tight deadlines and time manage effectively
