Description
The key responsibilities of aHR Advisor candidate will include, but may not be limited to;
*Take responsibility for providing advice and generalist HR support
*Develop effective on-going relationships
*Own the delivery of key people processes
*Produce weekly and monthly reports when required
*Handle employee relations issues
*Contribute to the development of HR strategies
*Assist in training and developing managers in people related matters
*Support the implementation of change management initiatives
*Providing in HR support for ad-hoc operational business related projects
*Ensure compliance with employment legislation
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
*A degree in Human Resources or a related field
*CIPD level 3 qualification or working towards it
*Proficient understanding of HR policies and procedures
*Knowledge of UK employment law
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Ability to handle confidential information
*Ability to commute to Middlewich
*Experience in a similar role within the Transport & Distribution industry
Job Offer
