We are seeking a proficient Personal Assistant to join our Property team in Stockport. The successful candidate will provide full secretarial and administrative support to a busy team, demonstrating impeccable organisation skills and a proactive approach.

Description
*Manage and coordinate daily schedules and appointments
*Prepare meeting agendas and minutes, ensuring all relevant documentation is available
*Handle all incoming correspondence, prioritising and responding as necessary
*Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
*Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information
*Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations
*Maintain an efficient filing system, ensuring easy access to documents
*Perform ad hoc administrative tasks as required
Profile
A successful Personal Assistant should have:
*A strong educational background, preferably in business or a related field
*Excellent organisational and time-management skills
*Proficiency in MS Office applications
*Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
*A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
*Experience in a similar secretarial or administrative role within the property industry
