Rightnow Group are currently recruiting for a 7.5 Tonne Driver for a well established Engineering client based in Colnbrook.
The successful candidate must be able to provide a full 5 year reference history in addition to obtaining a clear DBS.
Job Title: 7.5 Tonne Driver
Location: Colnbrook
Hours: Monday - Friday (06:00 - 15:30)
Salary: £33,000 - £34,000
Responsibilities of a 7.5 Tonne Driver:
*Safely operate a 7.5 tonne vehicle, ensuring the secure transportation of equipment.
*Conduct daily vehicle checks to ensure road worthiness and compliance with legal requirements.
*Accurately load and unload equipment meeting health and safety regulations
*Collect and return equipment to and from Colnbrook depot to Heathrow Airport terminal
*Maintain accurate records of collections and returns
*Liaise with the airport equipment team to ensure an overall smooth process
*Provide excellent customer service, representing the company in a professional manner at all times.
Experience Required for a 7.5 Tonne Driver:
*Valid 7.5 tonne license
*Full CPC qualification
*Previous experience as a 7.5 tonne driver, preferably with a good geographical understanding of Heathrow airport
*Ability to work independently, managing time effectively to meet schedules
*Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
*Full 5-year referenceable history and ability to obtain a clear DBS
