Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
*Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell the company’s products and services.
*Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues.

Qualifications:

*Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
*Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
