Description
*Oversee and manage commercial aspects of construction projects
*Lead contract negotiations to ensure beneficial agreements
*Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers
*Prepare detailed financial reports and forecasts
*Develop and implement strategies for improving commercial performance
*Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
*Manage and mentor a high-performing commercial team
*Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the commercial department
*Be involved and lead with tendering
Profile
A successful Senior Commercial Manager should have:
*A degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or any related field
*Proven experience in a similar role within the construction or manufacturing industry
*Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
*Excellent leadership and team management abilities
*Proficiency in financial analysis and forecasting/creating cost plans
*Knowledge of industry regulations and contract law
