Job Description:
Permanent - Full Time - 40 Hours
An exciting opportunity has arisen within our growing Refurbishment business for a Site Manager to join our team in Gloucester.
Reporting to the Project Manager and working closely with a wider delivery team, you will manage the refurbishment trade operatives in line with company policies in order to deliver a first-class quality product. You will manage the operational service delivery and productivity within the agreed budget, objectives and targets with a goal to achieve customer satisfaction.
An experienced Site Manager with a proven track record of successfully managing the workload across planned maintenance programmes, you will have strong knowledge of Temporary Works and Refurbishments.
You will be able to demonstrate robust and pro-active health, safety and environmental performance and will be comfortable managing our supply chain, ensuring that the necessary processes are adhered to. IT literate with a good understanding of Building Regulations and good trade practice, you will be a confident individual who can take ownership of your work.
