The Role
A leading organisation is searching for a visionary leader to take on the challenge of Chief Talent Officer Reporting directly to senior leadership, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping a talent-driven culture, working across recruitment, learning and development, and strategic talent management.

*Proven experience in talent acquisition, learning and development, or a similar leadership role.
*A strategic mindset paired with hands-on expertise in managing talent pipelines, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
*A track record of driving diversity and inclusion as core principles within an organisation.
*Outstanding communication skills to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
*Knowledge of safer recruitment practices
