Plumbing Lecturer
*Salary: £41,395 - £45,655 per annum (dependent on qualifications)
*Location: Oxfordshire
*Job Type: Full-time
We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Lecturer to join our team in Oxfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional passionate about sharing their expertise and guiding the next generation of industry professionals. The role involves delivering full-time study programmes to predominantly 16-18-year-olds and leading full-cost evening courses.
Day-to-day of the role of a Plumbing Lecturer:
*Deliver engaging and informative lessons in both workshop and classroom settings.
*Support full-time students in developing essential workplace skills such as punctuality, teamwork, and communication.
*Guide students towards their next steps, whether that’s further study, apprenticeships, or employment.
*Collaborate with an experienced team of trainers covering various disciplines within the construction and building services sector.
*Contribute to the development of our curriculum and teaching resources.
Required Skills & Qualifications for the Plumbing role:
*Relevant industry experience in plumbing.
*Level 2 or above in Plumbing
*Enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring young professionals.
*A teaching qualification is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
*Commitment to professional development and learning new teaching methodologies.
*Strong communication and organisational skills.
