Reed Finance is proud to be working in partnership with a global business to recruit a technical and dynamic Finance Manager.
Working closely with the FD, you will play a crucial role in the providing financial insights and support to drive business performance.
Duties Include:
*Prepare and maintain month end accounts
*Production of consolidated books and balance sheet reconciliations
*Monitor and evaluate financial information systems and suggest improvements where needed.
*Assisting in the preparation of Statutory Accounts and Tax Packages
*Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
*Liaise with external auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out.
*Maintaining effective relationships with all key stakeholders across the business
*Support the Finance Director with ad-hoc financial reporting and analysis.
Requirements:
*Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or finalist.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
*Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
*High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Salary and benefits:
The role of Finance Manager is £55,000pa to £60,000pa DOE plus annual discretionary bonuses and flexible working hours.
