About the role:
*Prepare and deliver engaging KS1 lessons
*Implement effective and appropriate behaviour management strategies
*Collaborate with the Classroom TA to ensure lessons are impactful and tailored to individual needs
*Differentiate learning materials to cater to all pupils
*Attend weekly staff meetings and contribute to the school’s development
Requirements:
*Must have UK-recognised QTS
*Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum
*A positive and ambitious approach to teaching
*A commitment to upholding and contributing to the school’s ethos
*Ability to work effectively with colleagues, children, and external agencies
*Must be available full-time and long-term from October
