Portfolio Procurement has been engaged to recruit an experienced Demand & Supply Planner for a leading FMCG client. This role is fully remote role and comes with great benefits including Bonus, Good Pension, Healthcare and much more.
The Role:
*Manage demand forecasts based on trends, seasonality, and promotions
*Lead collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment meetings
*Achieve forecast accuracy, inventory, service level, and customer in-stock % targets.
*Communicate material shortages and delays to appropriate customer contacts.
*Manage inventory levels by SKU and DC
*Manage schedules
*Attend S&OP meetings
Experience/Skills
*Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, sum-ifs, conditional formatting, lookups).
*Strong problem-solving skill.
*Excellent written and oral communication skills; able to present ideas in an easy-to-understand engaging manner.
*Able to work in a team environment.
*Understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems.
*Degree/APICS (desirable)
