CRM Digital Marketing Manager-

What You’ll Do:
*Digital Campaigns: Plan and execute engaging digital marketing campaigns, collaborating with teams on content, design, and approvals. Manage agencies to deliver successful paid search, social, and CRM campaigns that maximize ROI.
*CRM: Develop CRM strategies to boost customer engagement, retention, and loyalty. Grow the database through lead generation, ensure data integrity, and manage CRM health (spam complaints, bounces, etc.).
*Reporting & Insights: Provide regular reports and insights from digital channels, identify new customer segments, and adopt a test-and-learn approach to optimize performance.
Who You’ll Be:
*Expert in Bloomreach or similar CDP
*Strong understanding of CRM best practices, email design, and campaign measurement
*Experience growing customer databases and managing paid social/search campaigns
*Organized, detail-oriented, with strong planning and communication skills
*Excellent data analysis skills and familiar with GDPR compliance”
