Job Description:
Are you a detail-oriented, hands-on individual with a passion for creating quality products? We’re looking for a Machine Operator to join a small, dynamic team close to Hailsham.
About the Role:
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the production process, contributing to a variety of tasks such as:
*Operating heat press machines.
*Running printers and ensuring designs are printed to perfection.
*Using embroidery machines to bring designs to life.
As a close-knit team, they all pitch in to ensure smooth operations, so you’ll also assist with other tasks as needed. Flexibility and a willingness to collaborate are key.
What We’re Looking For:
*Attention to detail: Pride in producing top-quality work is essential.
*Efficiency-driven mindset: Always looking for ways to improve processes.
*Transport: Because of remote location the role requires reliable personal transportation.
*Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus, but not essential as full training will be provided for the successful applicant!
