The Role
Depending on your skills and experience, you will be responsible for advising on and handling the drafting of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, Estate Administration, and general Elderly Client matters. The role requires a thorough understanding of the legal principles necessary to draft Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, manage Estate Administration, and address Elderly Client matters. Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is also required.
The position involves travel within the county. This role offers excellent opportunities for personal development and career progression within a well-established team.

You will be a paralegal, CILEx Lawyer or Solicitor, with good exposure to Private Client work.
