Job Description:
The Opportunity -
As an Associate Consultant, you will develop the technical expertise and market awareness in the Building Control industry, you will be able to identify, open, and develop new market opportunities in an inclusive and supportive environment.
We are looking for a methodical and process driven person to join our successful and welcoming Planning team on a busy desk. Join one of our top perm billers in a buoyant market, surrounded by our consultants who are genuine market experts, making Matchtech a household name in the world of Building Control.
You’ll recruit for Building Control Surveyors who are critical in the construction of houses and commercial buildings, ensuring building regulations and Health & Safety procedures are being met.
You will grow, what we refer to as “your desk” - your desk in recruitment is a hub of activity, where you’ll spend your days connecting with candidates, coordinating interviews, canvassing clients and working closely with hiring managers to successfully fill open vacancy. Sales activities and building relationships will be an integral part of your role.
