Mechanical Design Engineer Job Overview *Creating and modifying 3D modelling drawings with the use of Creo Parametric
*Producing FEA and simulations with the use of ANSYS and LUSAS
*Assisting with procurement of materials
*Providing estimates and quotations to customers
*Liaising with customers and responding to technical enquiries
Mechanical Design Engineer Job Requirements *Proven background within a Mechanical Design Engineering role
*Degree or apprentice qualified within a Design, Engineering or Manufacturing related topic
*Based in a commutable distance of St Helens, Warrington
*Good communication skills, both written and verbal
*Understanding of GD&T
*Proficient with 3D modelling software, ideally Creo
*Experience with FEA simulation
Mechanical Design Engineer Salary & Benefits *Salary £35,000 - £45,000 depending on experience
*Monday to Friday, full-time, permanent position
*Holiday allowance and pension
