A leading construction business are expanding their team and looking for a Design Coordinator who will work on a range of different projects within the Commercial, Retail, Residential and Education sector.
Responsibilities:
*Responsible for managing standard details and specifications for each project
*Supporting with the design process from tender through to completion
*Documentation control and ensuring all designs are compliant
*A background in architecture or architectural technology would be a bonus
*Coordinating and preparing designs for submittal
*Working with contractors to assess their needs and requirements for each design
Your Experience:
*Knowledge of the construction industry standards and regulation
*Proven experience with a contractor or similar role is required
