Job Description:
We are delighted to be working with a Software company with decades of experience. They are recruiting for a Sales Administrator on a 12-month FTC to join their team full time. This role is hybrid and will be based in Cambridge with occasional travel to London.
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
Typical duties include:
*Emailing customers and dealing with incoming calls
*Negotiating fees
*Assisting with enquiries from customers
*Dealing with B2B and B2C customers
*Working with the sales team to identify new expansion opportunities
*Reporting to the head of sales
*Upselling/cross-selling
*Keeping a good level of administration
*Liaise with internal stakeholders
Candidate specification:
*Experience working within a sales environment
*Ability to work with CRMs
*Great IT skills (Office 365)
*Be methodical and precise in your working
*Have knowledge of Sales and Renewals processes
*Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
