Customer Service & Admin Coordinator – North Wales
We are working with a successful and growing dive school that is expanding into an innovative activity centre near Bangor, North Wales. They are looking for a friendly and organised individual to join their team and help deliver an excellent experience to their customers.
About the Role
Key responsibilities include:
*Helping customers with bookings and enquiries.
*Coordinating staff schedules and managing the rota.
*Handling general admin to support the smooth running of the centre.
About You
The ideal candidate:
*Speaks Welsh fluently.
*Lives locally and holds a full driving licence.
*Has experience or a strong interest in the outdoor activities sector, such as working in a mountain tour company or activity centre.
