The Role

Key Responsibilities:

Department Growth and Innovation:
*Develop and execute a strategic plan for expanding the department, focusing on new business generation and cross-border cases.
*Leverage technology and innovative solutions to streamline workflows and improve client service delivery.
*Act as a thought leader within the firm, championing advancements in legal tech and client care practices.
*Client and Case Management:
*Provide top-tier legal advice in high-value, complex contested probate cases, including those with international dimensions.
*Utilise your existing client following to enhance the firm’s client portfolio and revenue streams.
*Maintain the highest standard of client satisfaction through exceptional communication and service.

Team Leadership and Mentorship:

*10+ years of PQE in contentious probate.
