Role Responsibilities *Preparing and producing first draft financial statements for complex assignments, resolving client queries in advance of review
*Drafting tax computations and return forms for all entity types, supported by robust tax working papers
*Ensuring approved financial statements and statutory tax returns are submitted in line with client deadlines
*Providing expert coaching, training, and support to junior team members, sharing your knowledge and experience
*Producing detailed client management accounts with insightful commentary to support advisory services
*Reviewing working papers prepared by Associates, ensuring accuracy and compliance
*Maintaining strong relationships with clients, delivering excellent service and addressing their needs proactively

Candidate Requirements *Fully or part-qualified ACA/ACCA
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*A proactive, team-oriented approach with the drive to excel in a growing firm
*Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations
*Exceptional time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
*Previous experience using CaseWare (desirable but not essential)
