Position: Delegate Sales Executive
Salary: £25,000 base salary, OTE £30,000 - £40,000 (uncapped commission)
Location: London, Victoria (Hybrid - Mon/Thu in office)

IQPC Exchange oversees a portfolio of international industry-leading events, collaborating with senior-level professionals representing solution providers. They aim to offer the best opportunities for these providers to reach their business objectives. These invitation-only conference and networking events facilitate face-to-face interactions, pre-qualified lead generation, thought leadership, networking, and brand awareness in niche markets, providing efficient solutions for both end users and service/solution providers.
As a Delegate Sales Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of our success:
· Proactively sell our market-leading B2B events to FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 companies.
· Research markets, understand industry issues, and communicate them to senior executives.
· Develop and maintain a database of existing and potential clients.
· Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
· Grow your sales skills, including value-based selling.
· Attend events for face-to-face interaction and improved customer service.
We’re looking for someone with:
· Good business acumen and the ability to grasp complex market knowledge quickly.
· Ambition, tenacity, and a desire for a professional sales opportunity
· Sharp, logical, and articulate with previous commercial experience.
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
· A team player eager to learn our unique sales process.
