Venn Group is currently recruiting a Procurement Sourcing Specialist for a leading Private Health Organisation. The successful candidate will lead the sourcing and contract management of medical equipment, services, and indirect categories.
Role: Procurement Sourcing Specialist – Medical Equipment & Indirect Categories
Location: London and surrounding areas
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Hybrid: Remote with bi-weekly/monthly site visits
Key responsibilities:
*Support procurement across medical equipment, services, and indirect categories.
*Achieve cost savings while maintaining essential service levels.
*Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with business goals.
*Manage supplier relationships and ensure optimal performance through SRM.
*Collaborate with stakeholders to drive efficiency and identify business opportunities.
*Track, report savings, and update contract and supplier databases.
Requirements:
*4+ years’ experience in material or category management, ideally within healthcare.
*Proven track record in complex procurement of capital equipment and services.
*Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
*Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
