About the Role
As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with various learning needs in mainstream or SEN schools. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Working one-on-one or in small groups to provide tailored support.
* Assisting the classroom teacher in implementing differentiated learning activities.
* Fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
* Helping students develop social and communication skills.
* Monitoring and recording student progress and providing feedback.
