Current vacancy for a housing provider to join as a Development Officer.
This is a newly created position and will be reporting to the Head of Development.
Key duties will include,
*To ensure all development files up to date in line with Homes England requirements.
*Quality inspections / audits of sites.
*Budget management including process invoices, sign off accounts manage cash flow.
*Use of development software.
*Provide support during the handover process including attending handover.
*Attend Pre-Tenancy Workshop’s and sign-up meetings with prospective tenants.
*Manage media activity around development sites.
*Manage and record accurate documents / records to industry standard.
*Manage defect queries.
*Work as part of wider department and organisation to provide all round excellent customer experience.
