Role Overview
On behalf of Deutsche Bank, we are looking for x3 Workday Reporting Specialists for a initial 6-month contractS on a hybrid basis in London.

Purpose of the role:
Deutsche Bank are seeking x3 Workday Reporting Specialists to support critical reporting and analytics initiatives within their organization.
This role will focus on two key projects: the migration of their rewards platform into Workday and the implementation of European Sustainability Reporting Standards.
The successful individual will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams, translating complex requirements into actionable reporting solutions using Workday Prism Analytics. In addition, this role will handle some ad hoc data requests, ensuring timely delivery of insights while maintaining governance and quality standards.
Key responsibilities:
*Contribute to reporting and analytics efforts for the migration of the existing rewards platform into Workday, ensuring seamless delivery of year-end compensation review services.
*Develop and implement reporting solutions to meet the requirements of the European Sustainability Reporting Standards, ensuring compliance with 2024 regulations.
*Design and develop reporting solutions using Workday Prism Analytics, including Matrix Reports, Composite Reports, and Discovery Boards.
*Translate business stakeholder requirements into technical specifications and actionable reports.
*Occasionally manage and respond to ad-hoc data requests by creating accurate, timely, and impactful reports.
*Act as a conduit between stakeholders and IT delivery teams, ensuring clarity in requirements and successful implementation of solutions.
*Provide consultancy on best practices in data visualization and insights delivery.
*Review deliverables from IT teams to ensure alignment with business needs and quality standards.
*Monitor and refine reporting processes to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
*Identify opportunities to enhance current reporting workflows and improve stakeholder satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
*Strong expertise in Workday reporting solutions.
*Strong ability to gather, analyze, and translate stakeholder requirements into technical reporting solutions.
*Proven experience collaborating with IT teams, particularly offshore delivery teams, to ensure seamless execution.
*Proficiency in managing ad hoc data requests and delivering rapid, accurate insights.
*Experience in governance and quality assurance for analytics projects.
*Demonstrated hands-on experience with Workday Prism Analytics for complex reporting solutions (desirable).
*Familiarity with Matrix Reports, Composite Reports, and Discovery Boards within Workday (desirable).
