Recruitment Consultant - Financial Services
Up to £45k basic (dependent on experience)
Uncapped commission to 50% for high achievers
Leeds, West Yorkshire

THE ROLE:
They have an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruitment consultant to join the team with an emphasis on service and delivery rather than new business sales and conversions.

The ideal candidate will genuinely enjoy working within the recruitment industry and will be a consultative recruiter.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
2 years + recruitment industry experience within a finance or professional services recruitment environment

Customer-focused with an emphasis on delivery and retention
