Key Responsibilities: *Oversee corporate tax reviews for all audit clients
*Develop strong working knowledge in R&D to become the firm’s specialist and support clients with their ongoing needs
*Support with corporate tax restructuring and tax due diligence
*Assist in the preparation of research and development tax credit claims
*Identify planning and advisory opportunities
*Handle ad-hoc queries from the wider firm as needed
*Manage EIS/SEIS advanced assurance for qualifying trades, including the new KIC status, and oversee the completion of EIS 1, 2, and 3 forms
*Oversee reporting for Enterprise Management Incentive (EMI) schemes
*Manage ATED in-year notifications and year-end reporting
*Serve as the firm’s go-to specialist for deferred tax matters
*Assist with technical VAT queries and the implications of corporate restructures
*Stay informed on the latest tax legislation, ensuring clients are updated on any changes that may affect their tax status
*Set an example as a hands-on and supportive member of the team, reviewing junior work and delivering training

The Ideal Candidate *ATT / CTA qualified or currently studying
*Experience in corporate/business tax compliance within practice
*Good knowledge of tax advisory, with the ability to identify and develop advisory opportunities
*Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service
*Collaborative team player, able to work effectively with colleagues while aligning with the firm’s core values
*Proficient in identifying and executing tax planning strategies
*Highly organised, with the ability to meet deadlines
