Role Responsibilities *Leading audit assignments from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with UK audit regulations
*Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, providing high-quality audit services across a range of industries
*Supporting and mentoring junior staff, reviewing their work, and helping them develop professionally
*Liaising directly with clients to gather information, resolve queries, and offer ongoing audit advice
*Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, on time, and within budget
*Identifying opportunities for process improvements and supporting business development initiatives

Candidate Requirements *ACA or ACCA qualified or part-qualified, with extensive experience in UK audit practice

*Experience mentoring and developing junior team members
