Salary - £25,283 

Hours - 06:00 - 18:00, 4 on 4 off

Key Responsibilities

*Operate bespoke machines.
*Perform quality control to ensure products meet company specifications.
*Clean equipment and maintain the production work area.
*Conduct small preventative and reactive maintenance on automated production lines.
*Provide holiday and absence cover as needed.
*Uphold high standards of health and safety practices.
*Seek to improve productivity and share best practices with other shifts.
*Develop personal skills and abilities in line with the company’s progression route.
*Handle any other reasonable requests from management.
Key Skills and Experience

*Advantageous to have electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic experience.
*Ability to understand production planning to ensure smooth workflow.
*Excellent verbal, written, and face-to-face communication skills.
*Strong time management and ability to work under pressure.
*Keen eye for detail and the ability to analyse and challenge data.
