Branch Operations Manager(Vehicle Rental)

We are looking for a Branch Operations Managerto take charge of our satellite location in Willenhall. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the site operations and managing a small team.
Key Responsibilities:
*Ensure a high level of customer service is consistently achieved.
*Team Management: Lead, support, and manage all staff based at the satellite site to ensure smooth operations.
*Gather information from customers to update our system database accurately.
*Conduct regular checks on filing systems to ensure rental documentation is complete, customer insurance is valid, and fuel receipts are up-to-date.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
*Experience in Vehicle Rental
*Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
*Accuracy and speed in handling administrative tasks.
*An excellent telephone manner and clear, concise communication skills.
*Pragmatic, adaptable, and able to work independently, making well-informed, considered decisions.
*Must have A Full Driving Licence
