THE ROLE:
Leading a team of recruitment consultants, you will have responsibility for client development, however, the main remit is to drive the growth of the division forward by adding to the headcount and developing the client base. You will be tasked with managing, coaching, mentoring and motivating your consultants, helping them develop existing and new clients, and identifying new business opportunities. You will be developing business strategies, be responsible for setting KPIs, and targets and looking after budgets. This is a hands-on role designed for a consultative manager who wishes to remain close to the business.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Experience within a recruitment consultancy environment, preferably education although other sectors will be considered. Energy, enthusiasm and passion are key attributes for success in this role - you must be able to lead from the front. You will be commercially astute and bring a strategic approach to developing your people and your business.
