A well-established, independent recruitment consultancy based in Sheffield seeks an experienced Recruitment Administrator. The consultancy has a team of recruitment consultants currently servicing businesses in and around the Yorkshire area, covering temporary, contract, and permanent work.

Working as a key member of the team you will be responsible for the following:

• Registering candidate details.

• Answering the telephone as the first point of contact.

• Taking accurate messages and ensuring they are passed on.

• Completing applicant packs.

• Sourcing candidates for roles.

• Screening CVs.

• Taking candidate references.

• Compliance and ensuring all the correct checks have taken place.

• Payroll including inputting timesheets and payroll information.

• Dealing with queries from candidates.

• Data inputting

A recruitment background is essential. You will be a team player with a proactive and positive outlook.
