Being part of a larger group of agencies, our client leverages shared resources and a collaborative environment to deliver exceptional projects. They are now seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to lead the operational delivery of their projects, encompassing creative and logistical aspects. This role is integral to shaping the company’s future and offers a pathway to senior leadership.
Role Responsibilities
*Lead the operational delivery of technology-focused projects involving physical installations and events.
*Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to manage project progress, budgets, and timelines.
*Utilise project management tools to plan and allocate resources, setting clear deadlines and ensuring on-time delivery.
*Work closely with the technical team to scope, test, and deliver software and hardware solutions.
*Manage client communications, provide updates, and handle change requests effectively.
*Oversee logistics, including hardware purchasing, transport bookings, and team travel arrangements.
*Coordinate with third-party suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
*Report on project budgets and accounting to ensure financial targets are met.
*Propose and implement improved systems and workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
*Support technical installations via the shared Support Desk as needed.
