Job Description:
COMMERCIAL AND CIVIL LITIGATION SOLICITOR, NQ -3 PQE, ESSEX, £35-£45 per hour. An opportunity to join a reputable firm for a locum assignment while they recruit for a permanent position. JOB REF: 7836
•The appointed solicitor will join a busy department and provide support to the team while they recruit for a permanent position.
•You will become part of an experienced team specialising in a wide range of dispute resolution services. This includes handling debt recovery, professional negligence claims, shareholder and partnership disputes, contentious probate matters, and residential possession proceedings.
•The ideal candidate will have experience in residential possession proceedings, landlord-tenant disputes, and preferably in areas such as contract disputes, debt recovery, land disputes, contentious probate, and employment law.
•The firm is seeking newly qualified solicitors with up to 3 years of post-qualification experience with a strong understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and case law.
